Any grape variety you like! Bubble time: Start with a well chilled wine and chilled grapes, sliced in half. Add the fruit to a 1 qrt / 1 lr iSi siphon container. Pour in wine and screw on lid. Charge siphon with one CO2 cartridge, then hold the siphon upright and release all gas to clear the siphon of air
